Most photography sessions are delivered within five business days. Videography projects vary depending on length and complexity, but most edits are completed within ten to fourteen days.

Payment is due before the final deliverables are released. Larger projects may be split into scheduled payments that make the process easier.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. This deposit goes toward your final total and officially books your session.

You can reschedule once at no additional cost if you contact us ahead of your session. Weather issues or emergencies are always handled fairly and with flexibility.

Photos are delivered through an online gallery in high-resolution JPG files. Videos are delivered as digital download links in Full HD or 4K depending on the project.

Choose solid colors or simple patterns that match well together. Avoid neon colors and busy prints. Neutral tones always look clean and timeless on camera.

The number of photos depends on the session type. You will receive all the best edited images that meet our quality standards with no unnecessary limits.
